You may schedule an appointment at Central States Orthopedic Specialists in several ways. You may use an interactive appointment request form to request an appointment with one of our physicians or you may contact any of the CSOS
locations. Appointments may be scheduled up to three months in advance.

If an emergency requires hospital emergency
room treatment, a CSOS doctor can be contacted upon the patient's request.
CSOS physicians are on the staff and admit patients to several area hospitals.
If an emergency visit to the office
is necessary, x-ray and casting facilities are available on site.
The physicians and staff of CSOS make every
effort to accommodate patient schedules and make visits to the office pleasant.
Sometimes physicians can be delayed by emergency situations. CSOS asks
for understanding if visits are delayed by an emergency.
