Please be sure to have your insurance card available when you arrive. Our physicians participate in most of the major insurance plans as well as many managed care plans. Please have a list of all medications you are currently taking, including over-the-counter medications. Be sure to bring any x-rays or other studies that your physician requests. Our physicians make every attempt at meeting your scheduled appointment. However, sometimes emergency care for other patients requires that your appointment time be changed or perhaps rescheduled. We ask for your understanding in the event you experience any delay.
