The physicians of the Central States Orthopedic participate in a number of insurance and managed care plans. Payment for service is due at the time of the visit to the Central States Orthopedic. For  your convenience, payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa. Any questions about financial or insurance issues can be addressed by one of the account representatives prior to your appointment. Should you require hospitalization, we will automatically file insurance, as well as any Worker's Compensation claims. If you are scheduled for surgery which is not covered by health insurance, we require the total estimated charge for services be paid prior to the surgery.
