Dr. Keenan served as chairman of the department of Orthopedic Surgery
at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa, 1981-82, and was on the Executive Committee
for Saint Francis from 1988 through 1989. He has appointments at Saint
Francis Hospital and Broken Arrow Medical Center. Dr. Keenan is a clinical
assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation
for the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Tulsa Campus. He
continues to attend numerous educational seminars and classes relating
to special areas of interest in orthopedic surgery, including Total Knee,
Hip, Shoulder and Joint Arthroplasty, Sports Injuries, Total Hip Replacement,
Total Knee Replacement, Advanced Concepts in Pelvic and Lower Extremity
Trauma and Fixation of Bone. In 1970, Dr. Keenan published "Brucella Spondylitis"
in Clinical Orthopedics. He is currently serving on the Executive
Committee of the Broken Arrow Medical Center (1997-98), and is the Chief
of Surgery at that facility.
Dr. Keenan and his family reside in Tulsa.
