Debbie Gladd, D.O., Rheumatologist
Central States Orthopedics is proud to expand its comprehensive services by welcoming its 18th physician, Debbie Gladd, D.O., to its team of caring physicians. Board certified in both rheumatology and internal medicine, Dr. Gladd provides rheumatologic evaluation and management including osteoporosis diagnosis and management, as well as autoimmune disease treatment.
Dr. Gladd says identifying and organizing the pieces of a patient’s puzzle takes time and communication, and the results are extremely rewarding.
“Helping patients regain their quality of life, after they have seriously contemplated permanent physical incapacitation due to severe arthritis, is a blessing for both of us,” she says. “Hearing someone say they got to do something wonderful again because it didn’t hurt anymore keeps me going.”
An avid runner, cyclist and tennis player, Dr. Gladd understands the value of staying active for her patients — and herself. She also shares her time and talent with the community, most recently serving as chairman of the American Diabetes Association Tulsa Tour de Cure.
Dr. Gladd received her doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She served as chief resident during her internal medicine residency at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.
