	Dr. Howard is a clinical instructor at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Tulsa. He has continued to attend numerous courses and seminars relating to orthopedic surgery over the past 16 years.
	Dr. Howard and his family live in Tulsa. He has served as team physician for the Holland Hall Dutchmen since 1987.
