Sports Medicine Monthly

Beginning in August of 2009, Central States Orthopedics began publication of the email newsletter Sports Medicine Monthly. This Publication is a collaborative effort of CSO Athletic Trainers and Physicians that is designed to provide straight-forward, concise, evidence-based practice for those involved in living an active lifestyle through athletics and recreational activity.

Sports Medicine Monthly is distributed, free of charge, every year during the school year months of August through May on the first weekday of the month.
